Responsibilities :
  • Coordination with internal functions to ensure that potential risks have been identified and risk prevention activities has been placed.
  • Propose and monitor risk management practices for all functions.
  • Carry out and complete all other tasks given.
  • As coordinator, make sure risk management practices within the company in accordance with the risk management guidelines and direction from management.
  • Provide input, evaluation, and assess the company's internal control system.
Requirements :
  • Experienced in Risk Management especially in internal control for multinational or local conglomerate company.
  • Preferably Manager or Assistant Manager with minimum 1 subordinate
  • Having experience in big logistic company/consultant will be plus.
  • High integrity, objective, creative, persistent, diplomatic, good communication skill, good time management, good with data and technology.
  • Have a Risk Management Certification from a reputable institution.
  • Able to think logic and systematically.
  • Familiar in using computer softwares for data working and presentation (Excel/G Sheet, Powerpoint/G Slide, Word/G Docs, Visio, SQL, Metabase, etc).
  • Good command in English.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage, and execute all given tasks properly.
