We are hiring a Route and Capacity Manager to empower our commercial team. This role is accountable for overall capacity planning and allocations, vessel optimization and achieving the asset utilization.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all daily capacity operations for every route.
  • Translate weekly, monthly, and quarterly target into capacity planning.
  • Ensure pricing relevancy to the market and customer trends.
  • Manage re-distribution and adjustment of capacity allocations to obtain optimal utilization.
  • Monitor and detect operational plan deviations and handle these accordingly.
  • Working with Operations Division to design, re-engineer and manage vessel routes.
  • Review existing trade routes and new routes development.

Requirements:
  • Held bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • Proven experience as Route and Capacity Manager, Trade Manager, or equivalent for minimum 5 years.
  • Background from transport industry (airline, shipping and land transport) is preferred.
  • Advance knowledge of capacity planning.
  • Strong analytical skill.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
