The Mitra division is one of the most exciting and enterprising teams at Ninja Xpress. With the current growth of this company, we feel the necessity to develop our business by creating new franchises (Mitra) all over Indonesia in order to ensure that every Indonesian people will experience our outstanding delivery services, while also helping MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) to grow in this modern era.
 
As our company's spearhead to carry out the mission, the Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager leads the execution of Ninja's business expansion in our current "uncharted territories" in Indonesia by opening new Mitra. Moreover, this role is also needed to maintain and retain the volume and revenue of several regions under its purview. As a result, you do not only receive monthly base salary, but also a considerable incentive based on your performance in both opening franchises and retaining your region's volume and revenue.
 
This kind of work is extremely challenging. If you are a hardworking, highly motivated problem solver who possesses a deep business acumen on logistics operations, then you might be a suitable one for the challenge and we would like to hear from you!
 
?Job Description
  • Opening new Mitra in ex-Jabo,
  • Managing the volume and revenue in his/her region,
  • Acquiring new shippers for the Mitra,
  • Maintaining new shipper's volume,
  • Proposing initiatives to open new Mitra in his/her region.
Requirements
  • Minimal Bachelor Degree from any field,
  • Have work experience minimum 2 years of experience as a sales for 3PL companies (e.g. JNE, J&T, SiCepat, Wahana, etc.) with certain responsibilities including opening new counters/agencies/franchises and maintaining parcel volume and revenue in his/her region,
  • Competencies required such as Business Negotiation, Customer Management, Communication, Service Orientation, Logistics Solution Sales, Strategy Implementation.
