We are seeking a motivated, experienced Sales and Marketing Manager that will direct the day-to-day operations of the business, develop strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, increase profitability and grow the business.

Job Descriptions

Market and customer understanding
Building long term relationship and capable of maximizing the value of the customer portfolio
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Negotiation and check update contract of the rate/pricing
Monitoring (together with operation team) cargo from departure to arrival
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Make quotation rate letter and offer to ultimate customers/client
Execute profitability analysis to enable market related response to rate inquires

Requirements:

Experience from logistics business or trucking company as sales manager with more than 5 years of experience
Has good relationship and database for customer
Has good managerial and communication skill
Drive license A & own car (preferable)
Familiar to CRM system
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Preferably Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
