Qualifications / Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, sales, or business administration preferred
  • Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in English is a must
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet goals, stay organized and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • At least two (2) years of industry sales experience (logistics is preferred)
  • can join ASAP
 
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings together with sales team, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
  • Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customer
  • Sells company product and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Meet the sales target by find a prospect customer and leads.
  • Develop and implement action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
  • Performing market research, gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis on their sales, prices and methods of distribution and marketing to thoroughly learn about the competition
  • Conduct research regarding marketing strategies and consumer opinions while collaborating with statisticians, marketing professionals and pollsters
  • Track and forecast trends in sales and marketing, and analyze in detail the data collected to provide management with thorough reports and results
  • Collect and analyze data regarding customer preferences, demographics, buying habits and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
