Requirements:
  • Minimal lulusan S1 semua jurusan
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang transportasi logistik
  • Usia minimal 35 Tahun
  • Memiliki kemampuan marketing dan negosiasi yang baik
  • Mampu dan terbiasa kerja dengan target
  • Komunikatif, cekatan, dan ramah terhadap costumer
  • Mampu bekerja secara individual dan didalam tim
  • Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris yang baik, baik lisan atau tulisan
 
Job Description:
  • Menggali informasi kepada pihak internal dan eksternal untuk mendapatkan standard dan kebutuhan customer melalui pertemuan rutin
  • Melakukan koordinasi kepada bagian operasional dan bagian terkait lainnya untuk mendukung pemenuhan kebutuhan operasional dilapangan sesuai dengan ekspektasi dan ketentuan pihak customer
  • Membuat catatan dan pelaporan kepada pihak customer terkait progress / implementasi / eksekusi project dilapangan, sebagai acuan terhadap pencapaian target terhadap kondisi aktual
  • Membuat pencatatan revenue dan melaporkan kepada pihak Business Commercial atau bagian terkait lain untuk dapat dibuatkan laporan biling untuk kemudian sebagai lampiran pengihan
  • Mempersiapkan segala kebutuhan administrasi yang diperlukan untuk mengikuti tender. Dengan melakukan koordinasi kepada pihak internal dan external yang terlibat agar seluruh persayaratan dapat selesai tepat waktu
