JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Commercial Officer will receive supervision and general guidance from Commercial Executive. This position will be expected to work well in a team-oriented, as well as individual environment. S/he will work closely with Commercial Executive in term of handling account activities which is inclusive maintain communication, developing relationship with both customers and internal departments. As the key resource for the organization relating to customer relationship and communications to external parties, Commercial Officer will ensure that daily customer operating procedures are fully implemented in commercial terms and conditions as follows:
  • Meet up revenue budget
  • Meet up gross profit revenue
  • Maintain relationship with customer
  • Product promotion
  • Provide report
  • Service Failure resolution
  • Service Review
  • Revenue Collection
  • Map up logistics procedure (SLA)
  • Filling Organization especially for Tender basis requirement
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Logistic/Transportation or any related major.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cilandak.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales from logistics industry
  • Good knowledge of local & international shipping regulations, export & import regulations.
  • Good communication in english & bahasa.
  • Full-Time and Contract position available.
