Requirements :
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or related
  • Experience minimum 2-3 years as Sales Executive or Account Executive (B2B or other B2B related activities)
  • Strong planning, organizing, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Target oriented and customer satisfaction
  • Having knowledge of Logistics Industry would be an advantage (B2B or other B2B related activities)
Job Descriptions :
  • Handle and maintain a good relationship with all existing customers to ensure high level of satisfaction
  • Approach potential customer and responsible in generating revenue
  • Manage, monitor & make sure all customers needs fulfilled
  • Obtain solution for customer requirement or issue on service for future service enhancement on timely manner and new product development in order to enhance service standard and to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Provide report to record revenue and customer relationship progress
  • Implement sales plan and communicate with customers in the territory in order to achieve the target revenue
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities
