RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managing all Business Development and establish marketing strategies to develop sales opportunities
  • Lead proposal to the customers and provide value proposition of our products and services
  • Continuously ensure the quality of products (in terms of pricing, inventory, and content) and maintain at a market leading position at all times
  • Involve in sales process such as business development, quotation, negotiation, legal review, contract signoff and etc.
  • Identify market trends and provide market and competitor updates through on-going research and analyses
 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in Business Management, Science & Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Logistics
  • Good knowledge in Logistics Business process and Understand of the market segmentation to identify key clients
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Possess leadership skills and good presentation skills
  • Track record of successful achievements of assigned sales and operations area
  • Preferred competency: e-Commerce experience, excellent business network in Indonesian market
  • Familiarity with unicorn business model
  • Preferably Senior Manager/Head of Sales/Director specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
