What you'll do:

Contacting customers through phone and chats to gather requested shipment information from the customers

Contacting suppliers through phone and chats to match customers' needs with suppliers' availability

Gathering and tracking both parties' documents and needed additional information for successful shipment

Follow up with shipments to ensure successful shipment


Persyaratan

We're looking for:

Diploma graduate (preferable)

Have experience in telecommunication, Sales, Account Management (all preferable)

Strong time management skills

Ready to start as soon as possible

Any experience working in a tech company previously is a plus
