Description
  • Achieve/maximize sales volume and revenue targets by maintaining and developing business relationships with assigned customers.
  • Generate new business for Hyundai Merchant Marine from existing customers and create new customer acquisition in all possible trade lanes.
  • Develop and implement effective business plans/initiatives with assigned accounts to increase Hyundai Merchant Marine business share. 
  • Communicate significant market/account trends, competition activity, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts
  • Ensure sales systems and reporting are up to date for management tracking, analysis & planning. 
  • Actively visit all clients assigned on the required call frequency basis
  • Demonstrated strong leadership qualities
  • Possess good problem solving and interpersonal skill
Who we are looking for
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree/Master Degree from all majors with GPA 2.90
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales or commercial, preferably in liner business/international shipping/freight forwarding.
  • Demonstrated results – performance, teamwork and organizational wise. Track record in successful selling and closing business
  • Confident, self-motivated, and disciplined
  • Eagerness to close business Decisive and Result Oriented
  • Entrepreneurial, have ownership, resourcefulness and is driven, focused and persistent in achieving their goals
  • Hunter, capable of identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong negotiator
  • Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English.
