We are looking for someone who networks, makes connections, builds relationship, and pursues opportunities to manage our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, managerial, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Sales Manager should be comfortable to communicate with internal and external clients.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Active on maintaining relationships with existing retail accounts
  • Manage the selling process to external customers (pricing, contract and detail terms negotiation)
  • Seek and develop opportunities for expanding new customer base
  • Active and aggressive on qualifying new customer and identify needs for growing the business opportunity in the new customers
  • Establish a referral network with local businesses and find ways to maximize value from network
  • Monitor daily sales activity to ensure KPIâ??s achievement and execute corrective action
  • Create, manage and coach a team of individuals to optimal performance including setting retail accounts, strategies, plans, development, negotiation and service delivery
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate
  • Excellent in English verbal and written communication
  • Min 5 years proven experiences in transportation, logistic or consumer good
  • Good understanding of the operational business processes across the container business scope
  • Strong knowledge about local market, competitor and industry trends
  • Strong numerical and problem solving skills
  • Self-starter and strong result driver
  • Willing to be placed in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta
