Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Requirements:
  • Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written, Mandarin will be under a special consideration.
  • Preferably having working experience in an international freight forwarder (MNC/others similar).
  • Min 5 years experience in shipping line or airline/GSA or forwarding business.
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Ability to work professionally with international agents or network.
  • Trustworthy, enthusiastic, highly motivated.
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors, sell service to shippers, and close business.
  • Willingness to work under profit target and in a teamwork.
  • Creativity in developing innovative solutions and ability to present solutions to clients & internal sales staff
  • Broad understanding of forwarding industry and good knowledge on global forwarding products (Air & Sea) and also business models.
  • Ability to proactively drive performance, personally and to steer sales team.
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel to assigned territories as needed.
  • Self-disciplined with strong leadership abilities.
Job Description:
  • Make Sales Targets and their achievement strategies Make a monthly and annual Activity plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Direct and mobilize each superior team according to the activity plan.
  • Monitoring the activities of each superior team against sales targets.
  • Have a leadership spirit.
