Hi, join us to be a part of Sales Manager Freight Forwarder in PT. Translog Bumi Indonesia.

Responsibilities :
  • Setting individual target sales and goals.
  • Hunting and acquire new customer.
  • Visit potential customers for new business opportunities.
  • Set volume goals towards new customer acquisition on an annual basis that in line with the individual target set.
  • Handle customer inquiries, problems and compliant.
  • Hands on sales activities, negotiation and presentation.
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales report (CRM).
  • Review your own sales performance.
Requirement :
  • Having proven good track record in achieve sales target.
  • Target oriented and committed.
  • Preferably having a customer database.
  • At least 3-5 years sales experience in Freight Forwarding (Export Import).
  • Strong planning, organizing, negotiation, presentation and communicative.
  • Have capability to build and maintain professional relationship with potential customer.
  • Having a good knowledge in Freight Forwarding and Export Import Procedures.
  • At least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business management or transportation management.
  • Fast learner, well organized, passionate, good looking and responsible.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Working with Company Vision, Mission, Culture, Principle and Philosophy.
  • Having driver’s license (SIM A and SIM C).
