We are recruitment services in Jakarta, helping our client (Korean 3 Party Logistic Company in Cikarang) to look for Sales Manager Freight Forwarding with below requirements:

Job Descriptions:

Drove profitable revenue growth with a focus on developing core international products and services and driving key new business opportunities
Fostered positive behaviours and the adoption of new ideas and initiatives by the sales team, through regular coaching and performance review meetings
Actively engaged with and supported key customers across all sales territories
Supported National, Regional & Global customers and provided tailored review meetings to ensure high standards of service in line with contract requirements
Co-ordinated local sales & operations initiatives to ensure the customer experience locally was consistently higher than that of the competitors

Job Requirements:

Candidate must be able to improve the company's sales performance by bringing in new customers to company
Having experience in same industry (3PL Company, Logistic Background, Freight Forwarding Specialist)
Sales Experience in Freight Forwarding: Manager: minimum 10 years
Age maximum : 40-45
English is a must
Experience in B2B sales and marketing
Having a good communication, negotiation, and ability to build a good relation with clients
