Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Qualification :
 
1. Bachelor degree
2. Age less than 40 years old
3. At least 5 years experience in warehousing (contract logistics)
4. High analytical thinking
5. Knowing profit-loss calculation & nalysis
6. Having Knowledge of warehouse, transport operation & management
7. Good command of spoken English
8. Initiative, persuasive and proactive
9. Result oriented, achievement driven, customer focused & team work
10. Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skill
11. Fluent in MS Power Point, Words, Excel
 
Job responsibilities :
 
1. Achieve agreed sales targets by pursuing/winning new business meets the strategic criteria of the company
2. Develop structured sales plan and pursuit plan for target customer
3. Identify and participate tenders and communicate with relevant supporting team HR, Operation, Finance.
4. Work with overseas office on large nominated business opportunity
5. Strategic target sets forth in cooperation with Regional Office/Headquarter
6. Develop key focus industry : Automotive, FMCG, Pharmacy, Electronics etc
7. Follow-up on implementation of new accounts jointly with the KAM/Product, ensuring that the implementation is runs as designed.
