Responsibilities :
 
  • Managing and leading team to achieve company's objective
  • Monitoring and implementing all projects or sales promos that have been running
  • Making sure sales pipeline meet the target
  • Oversee business development, identify new market opportunities, drive growth and determine the optimal pricing with Marketing to balance profit customer satisfaction
  • Offering strategic support to the order fulfilment processes to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • To maintain and develop new business from existing customer
  • Building and maintaining business relationship with potential and existing customers
  • Training and motivating teams to be more productive
 
Requirements :
 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 year(s) of experience in related field is required for this position (preferably from e-commerce or logistic company)
  • Good command in both spoken and written English
  • Strong experience in end to end process of Sales & Marketing
  • Self starter with hands-on approach and highly integrity
  • Positive attitude and target oriented person ( "hunter" ) will be an advantage
