The sales team at Ninja Van works with new and existing businesses of all types. As a member of the sales operations team, you’ll be responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with sales leadership and the broader sales team to drive initiatives.
 
As we accelerate along this incredible trajectory of success, we need bright, structured problem-solvers to work on sales process optimization, training, and sales program implementation. This role will work closely with members in senior management, sales and marketing.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Be the custodian of productivity enhancing processes across our sales organization
  • Oversee sales performance analyses and reporting, territory alignment, sales compensation planning, and customer profiling and targeting activities.
  • Use data and communicate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Make and justify recommendations to senior management and other internal stakeholders
  • Assist in training our sales teams on new systems and processes
  • Ensure that our sales personnel have access to the right tools to perform well
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience launching and scaling systems and processes across large, multinational organisations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytical or Quantitative field such as Science, Business, or Mathematics
  • High level of comfort with data analysis and interpretation
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with people of different backgrounds
  • Strong attention to detail and motivation with effective communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible to requests and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with sales management methodologies and frameworks
