Role Offered
Intai Rainbow is looking for a Sales Representative and Administration Staff to join our Branch office in Bali. This position is based in our Office/Warehouse in Tegallalang Ubud and will report to the General Manager. Initial Employment is 3 months contract with the possibility of extending to a 1 year contract upon satisfactory performance.
 
The Opportunity

  • Work independently on key marketing and operational initiatives with a high level of responsibility and minimal supervision.
 Candidate’s Desirable Criteria
  • Graduated High School with intermediate English communication skills
  • 2.5 years sales or administrative position in similar business scope
  • Proactive, assertive, result and goal-orientated
  • Fantastic communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationship with target clients.
  • Candidate must possess at least SMU in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Computer, Typing, Communication
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Your Task
  • Identifying, planning and implementation of target lead marketing around Ubud area.
  • Planning and organize client’s cargo pickup, packing and stuffing schedule.
  • Follow up potential client and record past sales lead.
  • Self motivated to maintain a good relationship with clients
  • Undertake day-to-day activities and administrative task in the office.
