Supervise daily activities and productivity of Sales Staff (organize and distribute staff schedules)
Monitor, record and analyze on activities trends, results and recommendation relating sales activities, and report to Sales Manager
Analyze and reporting market situation and competitor activity to Sales Manager
Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
Resolves customers complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendation to management
Coordinate internally with other departments
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Graduate from reputable university
Preference will be given to a candidate that has more than 2 years related sales/marketing experience and / or who has relevant experience in either the automotive field or auction services
Proficient in English both written and spoken
Target oriented and able to make sales strategy to achieve the target
eam work player, high initiative, can work under pressure
Mastering good communication, presentation and negotiation techniques
Willing to place at Bekasi (Narogong)
