ABOUT THE JOB
Whether you handle Asia Oceania Trade or Trans Pacific Trade or Euro Mediterania Trade or Africa Trade, you take part in a complete sales experience. From sales call, route prioritization, and external communications, you help shape the voice of Business-to-Business service and help it grow a loyal consumer base. You will work together with local and global cross-functional team.

Our job is to demonstrate how ONE services solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental.
 
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Effective implementation of strategic sales plan inline with busines objective of ONE in terms of achievement of shipment volumes and contribution margin with consideration of sales cycle plan.
  • Focus on customers-oriented services with full integrity by good conduct of service of fast and updated information, i.e. service changes, rate changes, new surcharges for both potential new business and existing customers. This also includes the availability of Sailing Schedule, roll-over notice to customers, and to related department.
  • Accurate market update and shipping line industry activities to keep ONE as an agile company.
COMPETENCIES:
  • Minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree in any field with minimum GPA 3.00 or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • High English proficiency both verbal and written
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skill
