SALES SUPPORT - CENGKARENG AIRPORT OFFICE 
Job Description
 
·         Serve as information center for sales team to acquire servicing quotes & rates
·         Liaison person between customers & sales team: booking & processing
·         Coordinate and follow up for customer feedback to ensure high quality of services provided
·         Work closely with sales person and department/division to ensure shipments are arranged as per requirement and            expectation
·         Provide instant response to customers’ emails, texts, phone calls etc.
·         Manage & ensure regular update of customers contact information
·         Attend to feedback & complaints, providing necessary solutions and action to resolve the issues
·         Organize and manage administrative paperwork, reports, and customers’ documents with proper system
·         Perform additional ad-hoc duties as per requested by the organization
 
Requirement/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field
  • At least 3 years-experience international freight forwarding
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Pleasant personality
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with excellent English proficiency
  • Computer skills; Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point and Internet
