Qualification:
  • Age 20-25 years;
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree;
  • Computer literate;
  • Fluent in English or Japanese or Mandarin will be an advantage;
  • Experience as Customer Service or Call Center preferred;
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Co will be an advantage;
  • Fresh Graduate are wellcome to apply.
 
Responsibities:
  • Contact and visit existing and prospect customers;
  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails;
  • Prepare and send quotation documents;
  • Customer service support in handling customer shipment;
  • Work closely with Operation Division & Accounting Division
