Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya Gelar Sarjana di Teknik (Industri), Teknik (Komputer/Telekomunikasi) atau setara.
  • Setidaknya memiliki 5 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini.
  • Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki: Experience working in logistic company, Advance - MS Exel, Good in English communication (verbal and written), Deep SAP (MM/WM)
  • Lebih disukai Manajer/Asisten Manajer khusus dalam Logistik/Supply Chain atau setara
  • Job Description:
  • Responsible supporting business user making sure business running well without any issue with SAP MM and WM related System,
  • Monitor WM process identify any issue trouble shoot and problem solve for any clarifications or errors/issues by SAP users
  • Report and raise tickets for system issue that cannot be solved internally / need to be raised to customer side / system support.
  • Continuous learn, capture User requirement, analyze, prioritization and propose system improvement with or without Change Request
  • Coordinate with customer and key users for Change Request and projects deliveries (UAT, SIT, Training, Data migration, implementation, etc).
  • Update/create training documentation and conducting training
