Key Responsibilties:
 
The position requires ensuring proper, accurate, and timely update of all systems and milestones, proactively identifying issues and mitigating them, ensuring issues raised are resolved quickly and ensure a smooth execution of the system submission.
 
Also, the position requires the incumbent to operate multi-system functions, complete updates in systems like MODS/Kewill, & send VGM (Verified Gross Weight), SI (Shipping Instructions) to carriers, submit export customs, release and follow up ASN, EDI (ISF, AMS, ACI, AFR, etc.) including the Flatfile submission to Customs.

We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive individual who is particularly thorough and accurate with details, able to collaborate with other teams and across all functions within Maersk.
 
Must haves are knowledge in MS Excel (preferably someone familiar with Macro creation) and ability to operate multi systems functions.
