Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:
  • Melaksanakan tugas administrasi dan kesekretariatan
  • Menyediakan informasi untuk Direksi dan Komisaris agar tugas dapat berjalan lebih baik
  • Membantu Direksi dan Komisaris dalam menyiapkan laporan, bahan rapat, dll
  • Melakukan pengarsipan surat atau dokumen baik hardfile maupun softfile
Persyaratan:
  • Diploma III Jurusan Sekretari atau setara.
  • Kemampuan bahasa yang harus dimiliki: Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik
  • Mahir menggunakan aplikasi perkantoran
  • Lulusan baru dipersilahkan melamar.
