Job Description:
  • Coordinate & organize meetings, agent visit, itineraries business trip and/or conferences as assigned.
  • Carry out, manage and accomplish well for any project assigned by CEO.
  • Prepare presentations, agenda and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, phone call etc) agent/ client oversea and domestic.
  • Liaise & coordinate with the top management/client for any related issue and task forces.
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors.
Qualification :
  • Max 30 years old.
  • A Bachelor Degree.
  • Having 5 years experience in Logistic/Freight Forwarding.
  • Able to work effectively, multitasking and meet deadlines
  • Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
  • Good working attitude, self motivated, discipline, honest, responsible, trustworthy.
  • Fluency in English & Mandarin is a MUST.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software.
