Position Summary :
To work closely with President Director to provide administrative support. To help President Director to make the best use of his time by dealing with secretarial and admisitrative tasks.
 
Requirements:
  • Maximum 28 years old
  • Good looking
  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing), English is a plus
  • D3/ S1 Bachelor Degree in any major, preferably in Secretarial, Management, or Administration
  • Good in communcation skill
  • Experience/ Fresh Graduate
 
Job Descriptions:
  • Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of President Director including appointments, meetings and travel
  • Provide executive and administrative support to President Director
  • Secretarial support for meetings as and when required by President Director, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, confirming vebues and arranging refreshments
  • Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post meeting
  • Communicating important updates and information to Employees as required by President Director
