Responsibilities

Job responsibilities:

This position is a key player of site security management which is expected to contribute reducing loss by way of assessment of all existing Security device or facilities, identify the gaps in operational activities which are considered potentially causing damage, recommending corrective and preventive action, monitoring and controlling any security policies, conduct improvement of security mechanism, conduct surveillance and investigation of Fraud case and/or incidents occurred.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in any field.

  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent

  • Having good knowledge of Indonesian Law Regulation, Criminal Justice System, and local institution

  • Having experience in Safety issue

  • Having strong Leadership, Analytical and Problem Solving Skill, and Good communication skill

  • Have Moderate English Ability

Requirements

*Divisional Experience

- Preference for 1 year minimum experience in division.

*Functional Experience

- Basic knowledge / understanding of security concepts.

- Experience in environment, health & safety or quality departments..

*Geographical Experience

- Preference of 1-2 years experience/knowledge in the [Specific location / country] (aware of local situation and needs)
