Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting from top university
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in accounting and finance
  • Good understanding of business and financial products
  • Have good leadership and strong analytic in Accounting Management
  • Fluent in English both writing and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure, delegate, inspire, and coach
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • With VP Finance Managing and overseeing the daily finance operations and doing accounting including:    Monh and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliation, Bank account statement reconciliations, and fixed asset activity.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • In the Future to Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • Provide recommendations to Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
  • Preparing Tax Reporting for WHT Monthly Tax Return and Annual tax Return
  • Establishing SOP Accounting , Finance and Tax
  • Preparing Treasury form to be submitted to the bank
  • Preparing Financing Proposal to Financial Institution
