Senior Data Analyst (Process & Project Excellence)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibility:

Generating data oriented investigation for problems related to end-to-end lead time, parcels journey, customer return, improvement process in delivery aspects.
Monitoring process of improvement projects and facilitating cross-functional process improvement project teams.
Lead the project and communicate regularly with stake holder.
Working closely with Process Excellence and Finance on the CRP projects.
Instill improvement culture in the daily work.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experienced in big data analysis
Preferably have Six Sigma or lean Six Sigma experience
Interest in data modeling
Exposure in Ecommerce (+) or Start up will be a plus
Familiar and able to perform data analysis using following list

Express: own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery
Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
