  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): english, industrial, employee relation, CLA, negotiation, communication
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Requirement;
  • Over 3 until 5 years relevant experience,
  • Good Leadership,
  • Good Planning & Organizing, 
  • Risk Taker, 
  • Fluent in English, 
  • Experience in dealing with external 3rd parties, such as Manpower Institution, Works Councils and/or Unions etc, 
  • Understanding of internal and external HR processes and activities, 
  • Know about of the business levers, processes and structures.

  • Preferably from Bachelor of Law / International Law

    • To be a business partner to line management, implementing and providing market level support for human resources policies and management practices with the objective to ensure an effective workforce so as to achieve business objective and maintain the FedEx APAC’s employer of choice status
    • To manage all industrial, government, and community relations in order to prevent & avoid the negative impact of business interruption as impact of labour & community issues
    • To ensure all business practices in line with good corporate governance principle
    • To establish a guarantee service to internal and external customers through a defined standard operating procedure as a part of teamwork for winning business opportunities.
    • To undertake and/or monitor the undertaking of surveys in motivational and well-being of employees.
    • To assist in dealing with conflict and/or claims and to resolve amicably corrective actions/measures.
    • To propose long term solutions with the primary aim to mitigate repetitive claims and/or conflicts.
    • To build ER skills and expertise across department, including capabilities in employment legislation and industrial agreements
    • To co-ordinate and integrate all IR activity across the business into a coherent plan
    • Support and align cultural and behavioral change necessary for all IR/ER programs
    • Foster strong links with external networks and share best practice in the field of Industrial Relations.
    • To design, prepare, distribute and promote an Employees' Handbook including common benefits, dress code, FAQs and so on.
    • To develop and program manage CLA extension/renewal
