  • Plan and develop billing strategies that incorporate all functions to ensure the company’s interests are being protected and ensure achievement of revenue.
  • Actively participates in enhancement of customer satisfaction and assist customers in resolving billing problems in order to ensure no revenue leakage.
  • Develop and monitor billing achievements both short and long term goals. 
  • Lead and guide the team in providing proactive billing improvements plans.
  • Ensure timely, accurate and cost effective invoice processing including invoice adjustments.
  • Provide on time and accurate billing process to support company’s cash flow and achieve revenue goals.
  • Keep abreast with the development and update of billing systems and tools in the market and ensure all procedures and policies updated.
  • Monitor and maintain interface with customers and liaise with relevant department to investigate and address the root cause of invoice adjustment by implementing corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Align and provide input regarding design and program changes for all customer invoicing system during development, testing, implementation and application to support the system development.
 
 
Requirement :
 
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management or Equivalent
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the related function (Manager Level) with strong leadership skill
  • Has an excellence interpersonal, communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Meticulous and strong numeric skills
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal).
  • Computer literate especially Excel software, Oracle system or related system
  • Strong ability to work individually and with team
  • Good presentation skill
  • Able to work with pressure and tight deadline
