Responsibilities:
  • To manage day to day DOP (Drop Of Point) Operations for Indonesia with main focus on JABO Area
  • Implement Strategies to grow capacity whilst improving productivity and and cost per parcel
  • End to end mindset ensuring earlier arrivals to Sort Centres to connect to processes and network movement
  • Continuous improvement and through people development
  • Coordinate with Sellers, SLE, & MP Log to improve Seller Experience and education of sellers where applicable
  • Coordinate with FM and govern the collection process and processes at DOP stations including audit checks
  • Design, manage, and govern an end to end Return Process from Exception identification until successful returns to Merchants or Warehouse
Requirements:
  • Has at least 5yrs experience in managing an Express First Mile Operations
  • Education Master Degree
  • Has a proven track on Industrial and Business Engineering
  • Proven track record on people management and development
  • Hands-on and can work cross functional to drive improvements and compliances

  • Express: own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery
  • Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
  • Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
  • Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
