  • Establish Logistics Operational Standards oriented towards the highly  operational excellence
  • Drive Operational Developments based on the principles of effectiveness  and efficiency.
  • Implement Operational Logistics  Control Systems for National coverage.
  • Structured and Integrated Inventory Management
  • Comprehensive Implementation of Quality Management
  • Leading the Logistics Operational Expert Team
  • Analyze market & identify opportunity
  • Develop & propose new business initiative based on data gathered
 
REQUIREMENT :
 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in logistics management/supply chain/warehouse/transportation at Manager Levels at Martket Place, Startup and Logistics Company. 
  • Proven Warehouse Management Experience
  • Expertise in Warehouse Management Procedures and Best Practices
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Able to build high performance teams and develop people with talent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang - West Jakarta

Crewdible provides a price structure that makes sense: cheap, variable, and no commitment which is only possible by crowdsourcing our warehouses (i.e. offices and homes that are being reutilized for fulfillment purposes). We turned empty houses, offices and warehouses
into eCommerce fulfillment warehouses for 3 purposes: Storage Inventory, Packaging, First-mile Delivery.
