Job Descriptions
  • Direct, deploy, and monitor the team in marketing RPX brand through all platform the use of promotion and communication activities in order to penetrate brand awareness, acceptance, and usage to the market efficiently and effectively
  •  Provide market share analysis to give clear picture of market condition and develop marketing strategies based on data gathered in order to achieve desired market share and profitability growth
  • Gather, develop, and administer marketing database, which includes customers and prospect information in order to maximize available resources as sales lead to support Sales revenue target
  • Developing digital marketing strategy & campaign
  • Direct the team to work closely with related SBU and department to enhance existing and develop new products based on customers’ requirements and market status to lead the market with competitive and diversified RPX products
  • Direct and assist to conduct research on customers’ satisfaction and expectation and market intelligence to support product enhancement and development
  • Plan budget requirement and monitor the use of budget in order to achieve cost efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure budget is in control and take corrective measures to address over budget variances
  • Select, train, develop, motivate, and monitor performance of subordinates through the use of performance review system and develop a succession plan in his/her department in order to achieve staff productivity and efficiency within People-Service-Profit (PSP) guidelines
  • Keep abreast with the market condition and customer requirements, ensure all procedures and policies updated, and monitor staff performance and compliance to policies.
  • Create beneficial partnership to produce leads or acquisition.
  • Planning & Execute for Digital placement, working closely with digital agency to execute the plan.
  • Lead creative team to produce for campaign or tactical for sales channel.
  • Strategically planning Marketing for overall business and sales channel include digital touch point.
  • Spread all the key news to all national key media.
 
Requirements
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts and practices including market research methods
  • Digital savvy and e-commerce friendly
  • Planning, organizing, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Good network of contacts within media/press
  • Experience in logistics and transportation industry would be an advantage
  • Good network of contacts within the industry would be an advantage
  • Strong command of English (both written and verbal)
  • Computer literate
