REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent.
  • Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst minimum 5 years
  • Excellent business diagnostic, analytical, and logical skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capability to interpret data into meaningful conclusion and make recommendations for improvement
  • Have a passion for big data and data mining
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Proficient in English is a must, both writting and speaking
  • Good attitude, fast learner, self starter, resilience, strong personality, and a good team player
  • Required Skill(s): presentation, business strategy concept, performance tracking and reporting, excel data processing, diagnostic and analytical
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Analyze historical sales performance to identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans based on issues identified
  • Analyze customers data and proactively propose system improvement related to data analysis
  • Building and maintaining dashboards for tracking sales performance
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/ data systems
  • Lead team of sales support for reporting and training
