Job Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. Preferable in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with existing customer based.
  • Required Skill(s): basic freight forwarding knowledge, Microsoft Office
  • Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Excelent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision - making abilities.
  • Target oriented.
  • Excelent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Job Responsibility :
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expeses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high profesional standard is achied and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
