Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Report to Management
  • Prepare and manage correspondence reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinate meeting, conferences, travel arrangements
  • Manage filing system
  • Manage customer database system
Requirements:
  • Age maximum 35 years old
  • Candidate must posses at lease a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree from a reputable Secretary school
  • Good personality
  • Having minimum 8 years experience in secretary to Director
  • High level for computer skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin; both oral and written
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Well organized, mature, enjoy pressure, fast and paced environment
  • Strong analysis, high responsible and trustworthy
  • Able to work in a team
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, planning and organizing
