Requirement :

Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management or a combination of education and work experience from a similar role.
Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Management with middle management positions
Perform strong experience in handling 3PL
Having knowledge of Warehouse management systems, warehousing, distribution and transportation systems, and LEAN
Able to perform cost analysis, engage with customer, cost saving project
Having strong leadership, ability to work in teams or as individuals, and self discipline
Active in English, both in oral and written
Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Bekasi

Job Summary :

Manage the implementation of our company policies and procedures in operational activity to meet customer expectations.
Organize specific operational structure and ensure a consistent high standard of performance from Operations employees, good team work, effective communication, consistent positive result and continuous improvement.
Run the operational activities on a day to day basis, delivering high standards of results and achieving budgeted targets.
Maintain and improve close working relationship with internal and external customers.
Maintain visibility and control through all phases of the operation, including the production of management reports and its analysis.
