Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Requirement :
  • Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management or a combination of education and work experience from a similar role.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Management with middle management positions
  • Perform strong experience in handling 3PL
  • Having knowledge of Warehouse management systems, warehousing, distribution and transportation systems, and LEAN
  • Able to perform cost analysis, engage with customer, cost saving project
  • Having strong leadership, ability to work in teams or as individuals, and self discipline
  • Active in English, both in oral and written
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Bekasi, and mobile 
Job Summary :
  • Manage the implementation of our company policies and procedures in operational activity to meet customer expectations.
  • Organize specific operational structure and ensure a consistent high standard of performance from Operations employees, good team work, effective communication, consistent positive result and continuous improvement.
  • Run the operational activities on a day to day basis, delivering high standards of results and achieving budgeted targets.
  • Maintain and improve close working relationship with internal and external customers.
  • Maintain visibility and control through all phases of the operation, including the production of management reports and its analysis.
