Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • You will have a vital role as a member of a fleet team consisting of up to 50 persons. The fleet team will be responsible for all operational aspects and budget control of 50-60 vessels.
  • You will be responsible for the technical operations of the 2 - 4 vessels assigned to you, ensuring that the vessels are operated in compliance with our procedure.
  • You will be required to liaise closely with the other fleet team members and our support functions (internal workshop, crewing, QA, and Operations), and Ship Manager.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least ATT 1 
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Chief Engineer in Container/ Tug Boat.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Marine Engineering or equivalent. Job role in Marine/Naval Engineer or Management.
  • Full-Time position available.
  • Experience in budget planning control
  • Experience in preparation and execution of dry-docking
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Having compurer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis
  • Team Player
