Job Descriptions
1. Stay connected to the company’s social media pages on nights, weekends and holidays.
2. Social Media Specialist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
3. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
4. Respond to complaints, questions and comments left on the company’s social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner.
5. Continuously monitors site analytics to see what types of content followers respond to the most and adjusts the strategy accordingly.
 
 
Qualifications
1. Maximum age 30 years old
2. Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree (S1) in Communication or Public Relation, or equivalent
3. At least 3 Years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position 
4. Creative, critical thinker and problem-solving skills, having a good interest to handle customer's complain through social media
5. Good time-management skills
6. Good understanding of social media KPI
7. Knowing how to utilize Google Analytics  
8. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
9. Excellent writing skills and the ability to connect with key influencers is an important aspect of the job.
10. Willing to be placed in PIK
