Job Description

Ensures the sort is running in accordance with established safety, quality and service standards.
Analyze, plan and execute human resource needs for daily operations.
Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls the day-to-day operations of the assigned sort.
Ensures compliance with Company policy and federal, state and local regulations.
Fosters a safety-conscious culture by supporting safety initiatives and ensuring appropriate related documentation is completed as necessary.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree from any major, Master's degree is a plus point
At least 2 (two) years of working experience in leading a team or a project
Has experience to lead operation branch or area in Logistic/Express industry
Good communication and Team Management skill
Willing to work in a (blue-collar) startup environment
