Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Roles and Responsibility : 
  • Approve and release payments to vendors.
  • Review payment journals into finance system.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding to payments.
  • Communicate with Bank related to banking activities.
  • Check petty cash.
  • Review AP and AR reports.
  • Manage all finance files.
  • Responsible for ad-hoc projects and reports assigned.
Requirements : 
  • Maximum 25 years old and must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin (is a plus).
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Accounting, Finance, Banking, Taxation, and Reporting.
  • Willing to work with high pressure and comfortable with rapid changes.
  • Detail oriented, honest, and able to work in a team.
  • Passionate and agile with startup life.
  • Can join immediately, full time position(s) available.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Willing to be placed in PIK
