- Verifikasi dokumen vendor

- Mengontrol outstanding hutang serta jatuh tempo

- Melakukan pembayaran kasbon

- Mampu melakukan pengaturan Cash flow

- Mampu membuat Cek BG

- Melakukan pengajuan pembayaran ke vendor tepat waktu

- Membuat laporan Bank serta SOA ke vendor

- Input transaksi pembayaran di internet banking

- Memonitor saldo bank, arus uang masuk serta keluar

- Melakukan arsip dokumen

Persyaratan

- Pendidikan S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan

- Wanita, maksimal usia 35 tahun

- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dibagian yang sama,

  diutamakan dari perusahaan bidang logistik / shipping

- Bisa bahasa Mandarin merupakan nilai plus

- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms Office

- Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan

- Jujur, cekatan, teliti serta rapi dalam pekerjaan administrasi

- Siap bekerja lembur jika diperlukan

- Penempatan di Surabaya
