Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Melakukan pencarian (sourcing), perbandingan harga/ spesifikasi/ layanan vendor/ supplier hingga pembuatan P/O untuk vendor/supplier
- Mengajukan persetujuan pembelian barang/jasa dan melakukan penyelesaian nota kasbon (untuk pembayaran by cash) ke pihak Finance
- Melakukan pembelian barang
- Memastikan barang/ jasa yang dibeli sesuai permintaan dan persyaratan sampai dengan memastikan barang dan jasa yang dibeli/ dikirim tepat waktu, mutu serta jumlahnya serta bertanggung jawab apabila terjadi ketidaksesuaian saat barang diterima
- Melakukan pembaharuan list vendor/ supplier secara berkala
- Memonitor jadwal serta melaksanakan jasa perawatan berkala seperti service mobil, A/C Memahami, menerapkan dan memantau pencapaian sasaran mutu, K3 & lingkungan
- Berperan aktif dan tanggap dalam keadaan darurat jika di perlukan
- Memahami ISO 9001, 14001, dan 45001
Kualifikasi Jabatan
- Pendidikan minimal S1 atau sederajat dan atau pengalaman 2 tahun di bidang Purchasing. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dengan vendor/ supplier
- Ahli dalam penggunaan program email serta office (excel, word, power point, dll)
- Memiliki pengetahuan tentang standar mutu barang/ jasa
- Jujur dan memiliki integritas serta rapi dalam membuat laporan
