Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
  • Support and cultivate corporate documents related to the corporation agreement, deed of companies and licensing
  • Reviewing legal contracts, cooperation agreement, certificates, licensing and other legal documents related to the project company
  • Administering legal documents including certificate archives, agreements and licensing, update and maintain database in Legal System
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree / Master Degree, majoring in Law from reputable university
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience is required for this position 
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details and demonstrate high degree of integrity
  • Deep knowledge in legal drafting (English & Indonesia), legal permit / license and OSS
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Placement in Juanda, Jakarta Pusat
  • Able to join as soon as possible
