Procurement Staff
 
Responsibilities:
Quickly and precisely make space bookings with Carriers
Daily monitor every booking in the internal system
Regularly communicate with internal and external parties related to the jobs
Process Booking to shipping line & coloader
Making monitoring shett per each booking
Input FFIS ( Booking Module)
Input Consol Number
 
Requirements :                 
  • Maximal 30 years old
  • Diploma degree (D3)  / Bachelor degree (S1) from any majors
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Energetic and love challenges
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Work location: Sunter, North Jakarta
 
General Qualifications:
Energetic, honest, good-looking, detail oriented, have strong motivation in working, disciplined, able to work under pressure, to work in team, and to operate Windows and Microsoft Office
