Description
 
The Head of Training first job is understanding the current strengths and weaknesses of a company's employees. This could involve a variety of assessment methods, such as surveys, focus groups, meeting with various members of the company and assessing the company's reputation overall.
 
Profile
  • Bachelor degree from a well accredited university
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia is a must
  • Candidate with management trainee experience is preferred
  • Candidate with master degree is preferred
